ACVP is committed to serving the educational and networking needs of anatomic veterinary pathologists, clinical veterinary pathologists, pathology trainees, and veterinary students with an interest in pathology at its Annual Meeting.
Registration Information
2026 Annual Meeting registration will open on July 1. The 2026 ACVP Annual Meeting will offer 3+ full days of in-person scientific content and a selection of pre-meeting workshops. Plan to register by September 23 for best 2026 pricing!
All fees are listed in U.S. dollars. A $75 fee will added to each registration received on 11/13/26 or later (onsite). Cancellation requests or registration transfers must be received by 9/23/26. A $100 non-refundable processing fee will apply. Refunds will be processed after the Annual Meeting has concluded.

Photography Waiver: I understand that a photographer/videographer may take photos/videos of attendees at the conference. These will be for ACVP use only and may appear on the website, brochures, or other promotional materials.
Age Restriction Policy: To ensure the safety of registered attendees and their children, no one under the age of 18 is permitted in the Exhibit Hall or at any Annual Meeting educational sessions, receptions, or other activities, at any time. Please plan accordingly. As an exception, individuals under age 18 registered for a specific ACVP-initiated activity at the Annual Meeting will be allowed in designated areas as outlined in their registration materials.
Recording Policy: Video or audio recording is not permitted during the Annual Meeting. Photography of poster presentations is not permitted without specific consent of the presenter(s)/authors. Photography of exhibitor booths and/or equipment is not permitted without the exhibitor’s specific consent.
