Age Restriction Policy
To ensure the safety of registered attendees and their children, no one under the age of 18 is permitted in the Exhibit Hall or at any Annual Meeting educational sessions, receptions, or other activities. Please plan accordingly.
Photography/Video/Audio/Recording Waiver
I understand that a photographer/videographer may take photos/videos of attendees at the conference. These will be for ACVP use only and may appear on the website, social media, brochures, or other promotional materials. Video or audio recording of Annual Meeting presentations for personal use is prohibited.
Recording Policy
Audio or video recording is not permitted during the Annual Meeting. Photography of educational content and poster presentations is not permitted without the consent of the speaker(s)/presenter(s)/author(s). Photography of exhibitor booths and/or equipment is not permitted without the consent of the exhibitor(s). If photography permission is granted, distraction to attendees must be minimized.
Liability Policy
As a condition of my participation in this event I hereby waive any claim I may have against ACVP and its officers, directors, employees, or agents, or against the presenters or speaker, for reliance on any information presented and release ACVP from and against any and all liability for damage or injury that may arise from participation or attendance at the event I further understand and agree that all property rights in the material presented, including common law copyright, are expressly reserved to the presenter or speaker or ACVP. I acknowledge that participation in ACVP events and activities bring some risk and do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being. If another individual participates in my place per ACVP transfer policy, the new registrant agrees to this disclaimer and waiver by default of transfer. I understand that travel and gatherings involve risk of sickness (and on behalf of my guest(s)) waive and release ACVP and its sponsors and exhibitors, and their employees and agents, from and against claims, liabilities and expenses arising from injury, sickness or death from contraction or spread of communicable disease due to travel to or attendance at an event sponsored by ACVP. I agree not to attend any ACVP event if I feel ill. This waiver and release is binding on me and my heirs and successors.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by September 23, 2026. A $100 non-refundable processing fee applies. After September 23, 2026, refunds will not be issued. Cancellation and registration transfer requests must be submitted directly via email to [email protected].
