Mobile app access tips
- Select “Login with an Email link,” from the device you will be using at the meeting, at an email account you have access to on that device. (You will go to the email browser to then follow a link to then login with the universal password VetPath2025.
- Entering the universal password before logging in via an emailed link will result in an inability to access the app and may require users to delete the app and start over.
- Returning users: If you encounter any challenges accessing the 2025 ACVP event (via “Change event” screen on the “More” tab, you are encouraged to simply delete the app from your device and follow new user directions to re-download.
Navigating the app
- Set up your profile to facilitate communication with attendees, presenters, and exhibitors. See other attendees on the “More” tab, under Directory. Not showing in the Directory? Update your Event Preferences under My Profile to “appear in social directory.”
- View sessions and individual presentations within session on the Schedule tab. Filter and/or search the schedule to find specific sessions and events but remember to turn off those searches and filters to return to the full schedule. Create your personal agenda by clicking on the calendar icon next to presentations and events you plan to attend.
- For speakers who provide attendees handouts, click on their presentation within their session and scroll to the document under “Resources” in that individual presentation record.
- To see posters, select the appropriate poster presentation event within the Schedule, click on the abstract title, and find the PDF file under that abstract’s Resources. OR Select the presenter on the Speakers tab and click on their poster presentation record there.
- Pay attention to helpful app notifications sent throughout the meeting to alert you to upcoming offerings.
- Go to More to see poster list and map, nearby food options, hotel floor plans, and mystery slide links, and other helpful resources.
