Diplomate Members-in-Good-Standing Relief Program
The ACVP Board of Directors realize that adversity in the lives of a member of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists (ACVP) may arise from time to time, whether due to a change in financial status, natural disasters, medical or family issues. Often during these times, ACVP’s resources and connections are most needed.

Diplomate Members experiencing a hardship should contact [email protected] to request Member-in-Good-Standing status from the Board of Directors. The purpose is to provide temporary relief of membership dues for a member who seeks to maintain Member-in-Good-Standing status and remain in contact with other ACVP members through its various activities and meetings and benefit fully from ACVP membership.
The request to the Board should include:
- Name
- Reason(s) for requesting relief include, but are not limited to: employment/financial, medical, personal (family death, care of elderly family member, etc.), natural disaster (hurricane, tornado, flood, etc.)
- Length of time in good-standing status requested
The Board will consider each request individually and will contact the requesting member with its decision.
