Coming Soon – Annual Call for Webinars
ACVP Standing Committees, Scientific Interest Groups, and Affinity Groups: Starting in October 2025, ACVP committees and groups will be invited to submit proposals for member webinars to the Lifelong Learning Committee (LLC) for the following fiscal year (July 1–June 30) each year. The goal of this process is to streamline budget requests and ensure equitable consideration and adequate planning for webinars among the many ACVP community groups. The call will be open October through December to align with the ACVP annual report/budget due date in early March. Detailed information regarding requested proposal materials and the link for submissions will be circulated to committee and group leaders and posted here once the call is open. While monetary support is not guaranteed for all proposals, the LLC will still make every effort to facilitate events with BOD guidance. Additionally, if webinar requests arise outside the call period, groups can still filter webinar requests through their Board liaisons, as historically. If there are questions, groups are encouraged to reach out to their Board liaisons who will, in turn, reach out to the LLC.    Â
