Committees, Scientific Interest Groups, and Affinity Groups: Propose a 2026-27 Webinar

ACVP groups interested in planning and presenting an ACVP member webinar in the next fiscal year are invited to submit a proposal by January 5.

are invited to submit proposals for member webinars via the newly launched annual Call for Webinars. Groups interested in planning and presenting a webinar between July 2026 and June 2027 are asked to provide information about the webinar via the form below by January 5, 2026.

The Lifelong Learning Committee (LLC) is responsible for planning and coordinating educational and informational webinars for ACVP and its members, both by developing topics within the LLC and by partnering with other groups within the College.  To streamline the budget process, ensure equitable consideration, and allow adequate planning for webinars, LLC has initiated an annual call for webinar proposals. This call will be open each year, October through December, to align with the ACVP annual report and budget request due date in early March. LLC will plan for the next fiscal year each January, for webinars presented July 1 through the following June 30 . While monetary support is not guaranteed for all submissions, LLC will make every effort to facilitate events with Board guidance. ACVP groups will no longer need to include requests for webinar financial support in their individual annual reports to the Board. Additionally, if webinar requests arise outside the call period (or for presentation prior to July 1, 2026), groups can still filter webinar requests through their Board Liaisons, as has been done historically.

Your work to generate important content for ACVP members is greatly appreciated, as is your cooperation with this (new) procedure to streamline planning.

Questions may be directed to LLC through your group’s Board Liaison.
