SIG Business

Renewal of the SIG application will occur every three years. SIGs are not required to submit an Annual Report, updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), or annual budget request. However, SIGs may develop their own operating SOPs as needed. Additionally as part of the 3-year renewal process, an executive summary report must be submitted to the BOD and, at minimum include the following:

Events or activities that produce educational benefits and/or solutions in the field of interest

Current or anticipated proposals in coordination with ACVP Standing Committees

e.g., Annual Meeting Committee, Lifelong Learning Committee, Media and Communications Committee.

Communications

With members, external collaborating organizations, etc., if applicable.
