The traditional version of the Phase II examination will be held on September 12th and 13th, 2017, in Ames, IA.  This is the final year the traditional Phase II examination is being offered and it is only available to certain candidates.

Administration of the Phase II Ames examination: The traditional Phase II examination will take place in the Scheman Building on the Iowa State University Campus in Ames, IA. Iowa State University Campus MAP

A light continental breakfast is provided on each day. The registration desk will be open 7 AM-4:30 PM Tuesday and 7:30 AM-4:30 PM Wednesday. Candidates must present photo ID and have a registration badge to enter examination rooms.

Examination candidates are required to provide their own microscope for the Phase II examination in Ames, Iowa. For international candidates, please bring any voltage converters necessary for 120v AC.
